We are committed to leveraging technology to improve efficiency, sustainability, tenant satisfaction, and asset performance. This RFP invites vendors to demonstrate how their products or platforms can integrate into K3’s vertically integrated operations model, supported by our in-house management company, Alpine Property Management.
