As we mark the 23rd anniversary of the tragic events of September 11, 2001, the entire K3 Holdings and Alpine LA Properties teams extend our deepest condolences to the families and friends of those lost. These losses by these families and the wounds of our nation will never fully heal. However, the aftermath of these attacks provide us with hope that we can once again come together as a nation the way we did in the days following the attacks in New York, Washington, DC, and Pennsylvania.

We continue our work to combat the scourge of homelessness, especially within veteran populations, ensuring that those who have served our country are not left behind. We are also dedicated to making our properties accessible to all, particularly those who bear the visible and invisible scars of war. Our efforts go beyond mere compliance with accessibility standards as we strive to create environments that are welcoming and supportive for all.
Today, as we remember the unity our nation displayed in the aftermath of 9/11, we recognize that there is so much that divides us again today. The political discourse, as seen in the recent debate between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris last night highlights these divisions.
